Why we exist
Business in Africa runs on WhatsApp. Nobody can answer it all.
Across Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya and South Africa, millions of businesses sell on WhatsApp. Customers message at 6am and at midnight. They ask the same questions, request prices, want to book, and go quiet halfway through paying.
One person cannot reply to everyone, all the time. So messages pile up, leads cool off, and money walks to whoever answered first. Hiring more hands is expensive and slow.
