Privacy Policy

Isework (“we”, “us”) is operated by Molatech LLC, a Wyoming (USA) limited liability company. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We handle personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and the NDPR, and with other data protection laws that apply where our customers operate.

What we collect

• Waitlist details. When you join the waitlist we collect your name, your WhatsApp number or email address, and (optionally) the kind of business you run.
• Account and business data. When you use the Isework platform we store the information you give your AI team — such as your services, prices, opening hours and other “business brain” content — together with your account details.
• Conversations. Messages between your customers and your connected WhatsApp Business number pass through Isework so your AI team can respond, follow up and book appointments. We store these conversations so you can review and take over at any time.
• Usage data. Basic technical logs (such as request timestamps and error reports) that help us keep the service reliable and secure.

How we use it

• To operate your AI team and deliver the service you signed up for.
• To contact you about Isework — for example when your account is ready.
• To improve reliability, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your business data or your customers’ conversations to advertise to anyone.

Who processes data on our behalf

Isework is built on a small number of service providers, each bound by their own data processing commitments:

• Meta Platforms — delivers WhatsApp messages via the WhatsApp Business Platform.
• Anthropic — provides the AI models that draft your team’s replies.
• Supabase — hosts our database and authentication.
• Paystack / Flutterwave — process payments. Card details never touch Isework.

Data separation and security

Each business’s data is isolated from every other business’s data, encrypted in transit and at rest, and accessible only to that business’s account. Webhook traffic from WhatsApp is signature-verified before we accept it.

Retention and your rights

We keep your data while your account is active. You can ask us to export or permanently delete your data at any time, and we will honour the request within 30 days. Depending on the law that applies to you, you may also have rights to access, correct, restrict or object to our processing of your personal data, and to complain to your data protection authority (in Nigeria, the NDPC).

Your customers’ data

For conversations between a business and its customers, the business is the data controller and Isework acts as a processor on its instructions. If you are a customer of a business that uses Isework and you have questions about your data, contact that business first — we’ll support them in fulfilling your request.
