Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Isework, an AI workforce for small businesses. Isework is run by two businesses working together. Molatech LLC, a Wyoming (USA) limited liability company, provides and operates the platform: your AI team, the WhatsApp integration and the dashboard. WinSecure247 Services, a business registered in Nigeria (Business Name No. BN 2653220), is the merchant that bills and collects payments made in Naira. Where these terms say “we” or “us”, they mean Molatech LLC in relation to the platform and WinSecure247 Services in relation to billing and payments. By joining the waitlist or using Isework, you agree to these terms.

1. What Isework is

Isework provides AI agents that handle sales conversations, follow-ups, scheduling and invoicing for your business over WhatsApp and, in future, other channels. The agents act on the information you give them and on your instructions; you remain responsible for your business and its dealings with your customers.

2. Your account and your number

• You must give accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must own or control the WhatsApp Business number you connect, and your use of WhatsApp remains subject to Meta’s own terms and policies, including the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Isework to:

• send spam or unsolicited bulk messages;
• engage in deceptive, fraudulent, harassing or unlawful conduct, or sell prohibited goods and services;
• violate WhatsApp’s policies or applicable law, including data protection law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules, and we may do so immediately where the breach puts other customers, the platform or our WhatsApp access at risk.

4. AI-generated responses

Your AI team drafts and sends replies automatically based on your business brain. AI output can occasionally be wrong. Isework is built to escalate to you rather than guess, and you can take over any conversation at any time. You are still responsible for checking that the information your agents give customers (prices, availability, commitments) is correct, and for honouring commitments made to your customers.

5. Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in Naira by WinSecure247 Services through Paystack and Flutterwave, at the prices shown on isework.com. WinSecure247 Services is the merchant of record for these payments and collects them in connection with the Isework service that Molatech LLC provides. Your plan includes the message and contact allowances shown for it. You can cancel at any time and your plan will run to the end of the paid period. Trials are free for 14 days, and we will not charge you before a trial ends.

6. Your data

You own your business data and your customer conversations. We process them only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data at any time.

7. Service availability and liability

We work to keep Isework available and reliable, but the service is provided “as is” and depends on third parties (including Meta and network providers) we do not control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the three months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost business.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If a change is material we will notify you (for example by WhatsApp or email) before it takes effect. Continuing to use Isework after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law and contact

The platform and these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Payments are provided by WinSecure247 Services and are subject to applicable Nigerian law and financial regulation. Neither affects any consumer rights you have under the laws of the country where you operate.
